Processing Times

·         All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

·        You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping option for all orders within the UK:

·        Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days - £3.99 (Free for orders over £50).

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50. This discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands. Please note that delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our courier’s website.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting your parcel from a local depot.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Returns and Refund

If your order is lost, damaged, or you have any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at hello@theessentialist.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.

Public Holidays

Please note that orders placed on UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may also be affected during busy periods, such as Christmas and New Year.
