Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for our products under the following conditions:

  1. Unused and Unopened Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all seals and packaging intact.
  2. Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue when contacting us.
  3. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@theessentialist.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The product(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for the return
    • Supporting evidence (e.g., photos for damaged or faulty items)
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Replacements for faulty or incorrect items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the return is received and verified.
  • Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Sale items (unless damaged or faulty)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
